We, Snapcore Digital Solutions LLP ("Snapcore") are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from users of our Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of our software applications, including Wordent, Screen Alive, Screen Alive Elite, GradeN, Epok, and Beyond Copy (collectively, the "Apps").
We DO NOT collect, store or share your data
- We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other data that could be used to identify you. Our apps do not require you to register through email or phone number or any other third party account.
- We do not collect or share your device’s IP address or location.
- We do not collect any app usage data (frequency of use, features used, session duration).
- We do not collect your payment method details. All payment related activities are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and Apple Payments Privacy Policy.
- We do not use cookies or any other tracking technologies to collect user data.
- We do not share any user information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Advertising
We do not display any third-party advertisements in any of our applications.
App permissions
- Screen Alive & Screen Alive Elite needs permission from you to modify the system settings for timeout customisation. One Place requires this permission optionally, when you want to use the relevant feature.
- Screen Alive Elite requires an additional "Allow display over other apps" permission when you want to show the overlay button provided in the app.
You can control the permissions granted to the Apps on your device through your device's settings. Other apps not mentioned above do not require any additional permissions.
Children's Privacy
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
GradeN is committed to protecting the privacy of children. If you are a child under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction), please obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using GradeN.
Our other Apps are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and we do not solicit data from or market to children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect all the data given to us voluntarily against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a security breach, we will take immediate action to address the issue and keep you informed as appropriate, considering the nature and severity of the breach.
User consent
Additionally, our apps are subject to Google Play Store Privacy Policy or Apple App Store Privacy Policy where applicable.
By downloading our Apps from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, installing and using the application, you have consented that you have read, and do hereby agree to, and accept the privacy policies mentioned above.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to consult the privacy policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. We will notify you of any major changes to the policy through our website or by contacting you directly where possible.
